From June 2008, monthly links on events, facts, studies, proposals, good practices about elderly people’s world, housing, housing support services, new technologies, comfort and health are available on the website www.welhops.net

The website www.welhops.net remains alive after project’s closure.

Partners signed an agreement to keep the website updated at least during all 2008.

From June, therefore, it is possible to access to a selection of links containing a review on meetings, exhibitions, seminars, events, innovative proposals, best practices on seniors’ housing, especially referring to housing support services, technical and technological solutions, housing design around environmental comfort, energy consumption control and energy saving.

Energy efficiency emerged as topical during consultations with wel_hops project stakeholders. It is a very current theme, transversally connected with interventions, politics and UE programmes since it follows the requirements of Lisbon and Gothenburg Agendas.

News will concern both European and non-European countries.
