Needs Analysis
The purpose of this report is to sum up the responses of the interviews carried out as directed in the questionnaire of needs interview guide.
The interviews should succeed in gathering information on whether or not interviewees feel the needs of seniors have been met with regard to private dwellings,
common areas accessible to seniors residing in the housing complex, the urban context within which the building complex has been built as well as the city itself.

Best Practices
The report is focused on how it has been possible to use Self Evaluation System implemented during Wel_hops project in order to evaluate
32 Regional Housing experiences for seniors surveyed on the six originally partners countries (Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, Sweden, U.K.) and arriving
to a choice of 12 best practices among them.

Housing Experience Profiles - Partner Countries
The self-assessment Survey Questionnaire was used to survey more than 40
older persons housing schemes across Europe.
This questionnaire allowed
the
experiences to be assessed using a common framework and criteria, to
ensure
the results from different schemes and countries were comparable. Around
200 questions ask whether key design features, that improve the
independence and quality of life of older people are present in the
experience.
The questionnaire scored around four key areas: the Urban
Context, Grounds, Buildings, and Dwellings.

countries. Here you will find a range of information on these housing schemes,
including surveys, photos and plans.

Regional Housing Experiences - Final Report
UPDATED, May 2007
The Final Report looks at the experiences that have been selected in the
partner countries and across Europe and identifies the best practices
that
these schemes offer.
Additionally, the report start identifying some
criteria that all schemes designed for the elderly should meet in order
for them to be accessible and contributing to improve independence and
quality of life.

Wel_hops Working Plan - AMENDED, May 2007
The Working Plan outlines the objectives and main stages of the wel_hops
project. The first part of the plan outlines the projects expected
results, with the second part focussing on the activities and responsibilities of
the projects partners.
The document clarifies concepts and terminology
and provides a methodology that facilitates partnership working. Included
within the Working Plan are the details of common criteria and a
glossary of key words to avoid misunderstandings between partner countries.
